We’re on the hunt for experienced Electrical Supervisors and Quality Assurance Supervisors to join our client on a major infrastructure project supporting decarbonisation in WA. About the roles:

In these roles, you will coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors. You will influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

• Electrical Supervisor: Lead the charge on all electrical construction activities, champion safety and quality, and make sure every milestone is hit on target. To qualify, you must have a WA Electrical Licence and 3-5 years’ experience in mining projects. Should you not hold a WA licence there may be a possibility to gain mutual recognition of your interstate licence in WA.

• QA Supervisor: You’ll be at the forefront of Quality Assurance, overseeing all electrical works to ensure they’re completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include managing termination and test packs, coordinating field supervision, ensuring documentation for client handovers, and upholding safety and environmental compliance.
