About the Role

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will be one of two technical contacts in the office, providing expert advice on products, pricing, and applications to customers. You will also support order processing, assist with trade shows, and manage customer communications, ensuring outstanding customer service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries, providing technical advice, pricing, and delivery information.
• Support order processing and collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Promote and sell calibration services, meeting annual sales targets.
• Handle quotes, tenders, and customer enquiries professionally.
• Work with customers and internal engineering team to develop new or modify existing products to meet customer requirements.
• Organise and manage 2 trade shows per annum.

What You’ll Bring:

Technical Knowledge – Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Process Automation or a related field is highly desirable.
Customer-Focused Mindset – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Sales & Business Acumen – Ability to engage customers and drive sales opportunities.
Organisational Skills – Experience managing trade shows and customer databases is a bonus.
