Payroll (operational duties)
– End to end payroll for a large tier 1 construction company
– Payroll data admin / onboarding new employee’s / time sheet gathering
– Running or fortnightly and weekly runs in accordance with Modern Awards, Enterperise Agreements and individual contracts
– All payroll related end functions and reporting
– Provide payslips to all employee’s casual and full time
– Submit bank payments / Reports and calculate super and payroll tax
– Calculation of payroll related transactions into an accounting system (New System is on its way)
– Managing all the ATO payments for PAYG
– Processing of all all accounts payable and receivable
Ideally have worked in a construction or a blue collar company with mulitple award and enterpsie agreements. Working with the team correcting an ensuring all the relevant pay queries have also been paid correctly. Demonstrate a proactive and professional relationship within the business. Working proactively with a very strong compliance attitude.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in running multi-Award / Enterprise Agreement payrolls

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in corporate administration
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and a coorperate payroll system
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and profficently
- A happy positive professional attitude at all times.
