Job Role.

• Setting up Molds or forms according to specifications for pouring concrete.
• Mixing concrete ingredients manually or using machinery such as concrete mixers.
• Pouring concrete into Molds or forms, ensuring it spreads evenly and fills all spaces.
• Smoothing and levelling concrete surfaces using tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats.
• Placing and securing reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh within concrete forms.
• Operating heavy machinery such as cranes, forklifts, or hoists to move and position precast concrete elements.
• Removing Molds or forms from cured concrete pieces carefully to avoid damaging the product.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Inspecting finished precast elements for defects or imperfections and making necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Assisting in loading, unloading, and transporting precast concrete elements to designated locations.
• Patching and repairing damaged or defective precast concrete elements.

• Physical strength and stamina for manual labour.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a construction environment
• Ability to follow specifications and work with precision
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and instant drug and alcohol test
