Tecside are working with well-known manufacturer based in Crestmead as they gear for growth over the next few months. We have multiple vacancies for experienced Machine operators / production workers with a Forklift Ticket to commence as soon as possible.

As a machine operator , you will join a small but hardworking team where rolling up your sleeves and ‘ pitching-in’ is essential to getting the job done.

At the beginning of each day, you will review orders and prioritise your day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and safely operate simple machinery according to directions.
• packing, wrapping and dispatching of orders;
• maintaining an organised system of storage, receiving and dispatch;
• Following dispatch systems and procedures
• Operating in accordance with Safe Operating Principles and Procedures
• Cleaning and tidying the site.
• Gantry experience preferred

Day shift and Afternoon shifts.

Day shift training to start for approx 4 – 6 months and then move to Afternoon shifts. Tthese opportunities can lead to permanent roles with a large employer of choice.

Business is booming, Meaning NOW is a great time to join this thriving business. We have multiple vacancies for experienced Production labourers / machine operators with Forklift tickets to commence ASAP and can lead to permanent roles with this large employer of choice.

The opportunities are available to join their afternoon shift. Approx 4 weeks of training on day shift, then move to the afternoon shift. Loading is applied to afternoon shift.

Experience:

• Exposure to production environments would be advantageous
• Fast past working environment

Requirements:

• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Strong safety focus
• Willing to show enthusiasm and initiative
• Have a current licence & reliable transport
• Good communication skills and demonstrate initiative
• This position is subject to random drug & alcohol testing
• Able to work overtime as required
• Australian working rights
