Tecside is seeking a Project Engineer to join our client’s team, a leading engineering company based in Unanderra. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary package, including a company vehicle, laptop, and phone.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a large-scale, $3.5M project, overseeing all phases from initial planning and design review to procurement, execution, and final completion. A strong technical understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with a practical background eager to expand their expertise.

Key responsibilities include:
Project oversight – managing costs, resources, and schedules to ensure successful delivery
Stakeholder coordination – liaising with teams, suppliers, and clients to keep everything on track
Site management – overseeing on-site activities, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring safety & quality compliance

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:
Experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of hydraulics (highly desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A professional approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
A reliable, hardworking attitude
