The Job & You

You have demonstrated success working in the recruitment sector, and are looking for a new challenge which will lead your personal growth in line with our business objectives. This role would suit someone with minimum 2 years experience as an agency recruiter/talent specialist.

You are an ambitious self-starter and bring your additional skills and experience to an already successful team. You thrive on success and want to work for an organisation that appreciates the work you do.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
• Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and background checks to ensure the best fit for our clients’ needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and building trust.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client and candidate inquiries regarding Tecside’s services and current job vacancies.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of recruitment projects.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Ensure branch compliance by following process to accurately capture candidate & client information

We are looking for a Talent Specialist with the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• Proven experience as a Blue Collar OR White Collar (professional) Talent Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
• Proficiency in utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
