The Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (preferably within the construction sector) to join our Perth team. You will be key to driving the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
- Proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure the best possible fit for our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Provide expert advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
- Ensure branch compliance by maintaining accurate client and candidate information.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a recruitment agency.
- Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
- A resilient, adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Initiative-taking and results-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
