Tecside Group acquires Victorian business
Tecside Group has acquired Victorian recruitment and labour hire business In-Fusion.
The commercial details of the transaction are undisclosed, but Tecside expects In-Fusion, which services the logistics, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors across Australia and New Zealand, to add about $12 million revenue with a 6% EBIT return to Tecside’s $105m and growing top line.
It is the group’s second acquisition this year, following the purchase of Seastone Group in January.
“The culture and service offering that In-Fusion provides its clients aligns well to our corporate values of being a global partner with a boutique feel that constantly delivers customers a superior service. In-Fusion have a great balance of local, state and national clients. This transaction offers significant efficiencies and economies of scale,” said Tecside CEO Shayne Pollack.
In-Fusion has already re-branded as Tecside Group, and its managing director Kirk Devers will remain with the company as business manager.
