Creating a Diversity and Inclusion Blueprint
It’s done in phrases that starts with a consultation—it’s complimentary and obligation-free. We collaborate with your key stakeholders to define the desired outcomes. After that, we get to work and present recommendations for process improvements and clearly defined objectives with suggestions on any cultural or community liaisons who may need to be included in the solution. Deliverables come next. The diversity and inclusion project management then starts followed by recruitment and deployment and finally mentoring and training arrangements.
