Our SolutionsA Meaningful Journey Towards Empowerment and Employment
Diversity and inclusion (D&I) spark innovation and creativity that ultimately drive growth.
We’re committed to creating engaging opportunities that maximise a diverse workforce for our candidates and you. On Monday 19th October 2020 Reconciliation Australia endorsed Tecside Group’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), making our Recruitment and Contract Staffing agency one of a select few agencies in Australia.
Working Towards Reconciliation as an Authentic Expression
We’ve been working to create opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia for many years and realised more could be done with a structured approach. The commitment to our RAP and working towards reconciliation is an authentic expression of our values here at Tecside Group, we genuinely want to make a difference through our actions and set an example for other businesses.
A Commitment to Create Positive Outcomes
Our new RAP reinforces our commitment to create positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and outlines the progress we are making with stakeholders in this space. We see our role as a Recruitment and Contract Staffing provider in creating these opportunities for prosperity through employment and supplier relationships and by nurturing lasting and impactful ties to communities through our national footprint.
The Strategic Direction’s Been Set
Our Reflect RAP sets the strategic direction that will underpin the work we do and guide us towards reconciliation, creating a culturally safe and inclusive workplace for our employees and those in the community who access our services. Through this framework, we build and encourage relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Providing recruitment, traineeships, a shared supply network and beyond, we support opportunities to increase engagement in the community. We also encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees in apprentice and traineeships for trade certifications. We’re proactively seeking further partnerships on a national scale to promote job opportunities and support our clients.
